Classic transalpine chic, a fine dining experience for Michelangelo's signature restaurant, whose menu features all the standards you'd expect: well-prepared pastas, quality antipasti, pizzas, as well as small stuffings, marbled frogs' legs and Rossini tornedos for a few distinctly French flavors. And this continues in the glass, with a traditional selection from the two vineyards.
