Gourmet Restaurant There's no denying that this Market on Avenue Matignon was part of the fusion avant-garde of the 2000s, with Jean-Georges and then Wim. The atmosphere, the setting and even the menu are still very appealing, and this black plate with crab, crispy tuna, salmon sushi and samossa still leaves a good impression, as do the sashimi from the raw bar, the octopus a la plancha, the salads, the pizzas, the pastas... Choice and quality, including raw products prepared au naturel (turbot, chicken breast, Salers filet...).
