Marguerite Charlie, in Saint-Denis, is a conceptual restaurant where the taste buds do good and the spirit travels, through the cuisine but also through the DNA of the place, which is dedicated to supporting local art and talent. Every month, it hosts an exhibition. In the kitchen, Mostafa demonstrates his creativity by developing recipes with Mediterranean flavors. The menu changes every two weeks, although a few signature dishes are often repeated, such as tangia marrakchia, seasonal bowl or petit épeautre and asparagus risotto. Desserts are just as exotic.
For those intolerant to gluten, dairy products, vegan and vegetarian, the menu also has some surprises in store. Marguerite Charlie also offers its services for local events and is developing a catering service for both private and corporate customers. The Saturday brunch attracts local families, who are happy to leave with home-made preserves for sale. Finally, tapas evenings are always a big hit.
