Gault&Millau's review 2025

Nestled in the bay of Sant Amanza, the establishment offers an idyllic setting between verdant gardens and tables overlooking the iridescent hues of the Grande Bleue. Feet in the sand, ready to draw cocktails, the team is on hand to serve the fritto misto or the "Maora" sea rolls, shrimp and crab brioche rolls with tarragon mayonnaise. The fish ceviche of the day or sea bass with burrata are also good starters, before feasting on spaghetti with clams or trying out grilled cuisine with prime rib of beef for two, lobster or lobster from the fish tank, or beef tartare with Asian flavors. It's impossible to finish without gargantuan signature desserts to share, like the enormous chocolate mousse and the giant floating island for selfie fans. And the happy few who have just disembarked appreciate the welcome at the end of the pontoon with a glass of chilled Corsican rosé.
