Man'D Pizza is a real family affair! Since October 2020, daughter and father Anaëlle and Morgan Bergerot have been criss-crossing the roads north of Rennes in each of their foodtrucks to meet you and treat you to the delicious wood-fired pizzas they make before your very eyes. They use local Breton and Italian ingredients to create 28 different homemade delicacies. Dare to try the Tartuffe with its base of tomato sauce, mozzarella, truffle tomme, burratina, bresaola, arugula and truffle oil, or the 4C with its base of tomato, mozzarella, coppa, chorizo, goat's cheese and mushrooms. Two pizzas of the moment are regularly added to the menu to vary the pleasures according to the seasons and the Chef's imagination. For 6 months of the year, from the arrival of summer to autumn, Anaëlle and Morgan set up one of their foodtrucks in the Gayeulles nature park, north-east of Rennes, to fill your day's munchies. Tuesday evening (in La Chapelle-de-Fougeretz), Wednesday evening (in Saint-Sulpice-la-Forêt), Thursday evening (in Pacé and at the Feuille Ciseaux beer bar in Rennes), Friday lunchtime (at the Skumenn brewery in Cesson-Sévigné), Friday evening (at the Gévézé market and the Chez Léonard bar in Andouillé-Neuville), Sunday evening (in Mouazé).
