We're happy to extend the aperitif at Mamie Fada, a lively and popular place that's firmly rooted in its time, with its "mimosa-style" eggs, snails and planks, and we continue with the poire de boeuf béarnaise with Thai basil and home fries, soy-lacquered salmon, tartare or Landaise salad.
