Original Restaurant A festive place that livens up the city and the right bank quays, facing the barges and the cathedral. Most of the tables are upstairs (ask for the window with a view of the Loire and château) and on the covered terrace, which is heated in winter. The atmosphere is cool and cheerful, and the service professional, thanks to Pascal Favre d'Anne, who signs the menu and supervises everything. The "godfather" of local catering had the right feeling, insisting on conviviality, excellent cocktails and everything you need for a successful Anjou evening. The cuisine was a little lacking in polish last time, with an average terrine, a portfolio bar and a chocolate-pear charlotte. A wine cellar with serious references (Arnaud Lambert, Cyrille Sevin, Laurent Combier, Triennes, Barmes Buecher, Vico, Olivier Leflaive...).
