Original Restaurant One location, two restaurants... It's starting to catch on, and in the end, it's no worse than a restaurant that offers a low-cost sub-version. At Eric et Maëlyss, the sharing is well done: in the evening with Cédrat and the chef, at lunchtime, it's Maëlyss who's at home, and her Mama Kyuna is friendly and full of ideas: burnt cauliflower with green coulis, arugula poutargue and egg yolk pesto, beluga lentil dahl, Thai rice with white chili sauce and grilled coconut, apple tatin with salted butter caramel and granola chantilly in the €28 complete formula.
