Just off boulevard des Filles du Calvaire, Denny Imbroisi runs this neighborhood landmark, a Mediterranean neo-brasserie with a simple, unifying approach. The menu is wide-ranging, to satisfy as many tastes as possible, and unfolds in an airy space where conversation flows naturally. To share, fried cauliflower fritters with zaatar mayonnaise, mozzarella, asparagus and bottarga, pita bread with veal a la plancha, lacquered beef ribs, grilled octopus with squid ink potato cream, asparagus and sauce vierge, pappardelle with lemon butter, green vegetables, egg yolk and truffle.
