The dishes showcase an engaging creativity, evolving with the seasons and presenting beautifully crafted compositions. This season, diners can rediscover chakchouka with candied red peppers and a sunny-side-up egg, grilled octopus with potato and celery purée, garlic spinach, harissa chimichurri, charcoal-grilled lamb shank with creamy polenta and a robust gravy, and a rum baba with mascarpone, caramel, dried fruit, and caramelized oranges.
