Gault&Millau's review 2026

The work is far from complete before we can once again experience Jacques Decoret’s unique touch and the welcoming Vichy home that Martine and Jacques patiently improved year after year until that unfortunate disaster a year ago. While we have no doubt that they will once again offer a dining experience worthy of their talent as soon as they reopen, we can only temporarily set our chef’s hats aside, confidently looking forward to their imminent comeback.
