Gault&Millau's review2026
Close to the Boul' Mich', this is an interesting place to dine, with a professional approach to service, a refined plate of quality products from all over the world, and above all, an obvious savoir-faire on the plate: grilled lamb sweetbreads with crisp lime vegetables, supion pasta with tomato, garlic and parsley, grilled Iberian pork chop with fregola and candied peppers. Clever, inexpensive desserts (try the "mousse qui déchire"), classic cellar but good references (Mas Foulaquier, Domaine des Huards, Trapet in Alsace, Matthieu Barret...).
