To live happily, let's live hidden! The XVIᵉ house bursts with aestheticism and the pocket room is a lovely success of osmosis between rusticity and modernity. It's just as warm as Sarah and Alban's welcome. The latter, in his tiny open kitchen, sends out dishes for each service, inspired by market finds, with particularly well-balanced flavors. Fresh and direct. For example, in the heart of winter, this warm broth with leeks, roasted cauliflower, Guémené andouille sausage and green lentils... A clever composition, rustic in appearance, but executed with great finesse and precision. This is followed by superb scallops, enhanced by a perfectly balanced "cider-safran" emulsion that gives a nice taste impulse. And finally, "quite simply", a creamy rice pudding with roasted seeds and salted caramel. The service is cheerful and attentive. It's also a pleasure to peruse a particularly well-constructed wine list. It combines young winemakers with established estates: Côtes-du-Rhône by Maxime-François Laurent, Riesling by Marc Kreydenweiss, Beaujolais by Jean Foillard or Domaine de Botheland, Muscadet Landron, Cheverny by Vincent Hayer, Arbois by Jérôme Arnoux, Condrieu by Cuilleron...
