Gault&Millau's review 2026

A good bistro near the Hôtel de Ville, honestly serving traditional cuisine with a few touristy touches (lobster roll, pumpkin gnocchi, filet de bar crème de chorizo, saint-jacques chou-fleur tonka...), the wide choice on the slate allows you to aim just right. For example, mushrooms stuffed with snails, ballotine of poultry with white pudding, roast Saint-Marcellin with herbs and honey for a final bill of less than €50.
