Gault&Millau's review 2025

Stand at the fork between the two streets! This restaurant deserves to be better known for its warm welcome and its ability to meet current expectations. A well-adapted lunch formula, an all-vegetable menu at €33, and a very successful sequence, which leaves the choice at €37: fresh goat's cheese and marinated mussels in cucumber sorbet escabeche, Ardèche chicken poached in an infusion of organic lemon thyme and local saffron, dessert in an assortment around Weiss chocolate. And the cellar, with its organic Saint-Pourçain and Côte Roannaise from Les Pothiers, is still very affordable.
