This Italian enclave is run energetically by two good-natured Calabrians, Luca Grisolia and Francesco Corigliano. Let the slate of the day tell you all about it, and let yourself be carried away by the accent. The warm setting is a happy blend of good taste and simplicity. The arrival of a new chef, Simone Baldino, was "piano, piano". No telluric tremors, but the confirmation of a wise cuisine with singing accents: vitello tonnato of good quality, pasta "like over there" with, for example, these superb pacccheri (cousins of rigatoni) embellished with a well-spiced squid ragout. The unmissable tiramisu deserves attention, even more so than the less convincing apple puff pastry offered that day. Energetic, smiling service. The winery offers a lovely walk between Veneto and Calabria.
