Julie Fouillade's recipes should be part of UNESCO's intangible heritage. They're so good for the soul and the body that people come from all over France to this peaceful village in the Lot region. And with good reason! So much generosity, so much sincerity for the same cause, the pleasure shared by all lovers of a lively, unifying culture: foie gras, brouillade, chicken with morel mushrooms, all good things served with prodigality and plenty of kindness. And save room for the crêpes Suzette!
