A cevicheria for Marseille, why not? Particularly as the Castallane-side venue is welcoming, with a plant-filled entrance, and the ceviche and tiradito menu is well-stocked with a variety of flavors: tuna and truffle leche de tigre, octopus with olives, spicy bass, traditional or Peruvian, plus lomo saltado (strips of lacquered and caramelized fillet) and chimichurri beef.
