This is the street version of Kin, again by Hugues Mbenda, for warm African cuisine ideal for a lunch with colleagues. The recipes are simple: a brandade of fish, vegetables and dibi spices, crispy chicken with mango pepper sauce and rice, a Congolese madesu bol, plantains and a dessert of tapioca, coconut milk and seasonal fruit.
