Gault&Millau's review 2026

For over thirty years, the house has been taking you to the mountainous slopes of Tibet and its culinary culture of simplicity and sincerity. The menu is more or less unchanging, and prices vary little: vermicelli soup with chicken, barley flour soup with spinach, sautéed rice with beef, Tibetan ravioli and a wide range of vegetarian dishes (radish, tofu, vegetable curry...).
