In the Pilon district, away from the main crowds, not far from the new port on the way out of town, a vast contemporary space dedicated to Mediterranean fish. Regular arrivals, unquestionably fresh. As for the bill, given the price per kilo at the fishmonger's, it's bound to be substantial, here at €12 per 100g. No surprises, then, but not bad ones either: the product is respected and you can start with confidence with a tray of fish scales or a fish soup.
