The cuisine is of a respectable standard, with a hotel vision open to today's influences. The €47 à la carte menu covers the whole range: sea bass ceviche with citrus and ginger, local trout and carrot curry mille-feuille, fried carp, veal kidneys and homemade spaetzle...
