It's a modern-day restaurant that doesn't hide its principles, with seasonal dishes that are regularly renewed. The €18.50 weekday menu is unbeatable, making it an ideal canteen not far from boulevard Clemenceau, with, for example, a perfect egg, bell pepper emulsion and small croutons, fish & chips with tartar sauce, filet mignon of pork, mustard cream and home fries, pineapple crumble.
