Gault&Millau's review 2026

A lovely waterfront restaurant on Trojan harbor, offering fusion cuisine based on local produce. The style is a little faddish, but the result lives up to its promise: citrus oysters, a plate of octopus, classic leche de tigre, Balinese beef... Classic desserts.
