Gourmet Restaurant In the verdant charm of the Perche countryside, this pretty longère, part of an old mill, makes a very pleasant stopover. Méline and Gaspard Noury spare no effort, welcoming not only Parisians on weekends, but also locals with their simple, varied, produce-based cuisine, focused on naturalness and taste: salmon confit avocado shallot, thin zucchini and redcurrants, strawberry vanilla financier in a good seasonal sequence at €39.
