It's a magnificent half-timbered house on rue de la Boucherie, whose picturesque, historic charm perfectly matches the traditional spirit of the cuisine. Stéphanie Cuq has been running the place for a quarter of a century, offering a pleasantly consensual menu: calf's head and tongue with gribiche sauce, pig's trotter cromesquis and chicory tatin, pan-fried sweetbreads with peasant bacon and cauliflower flan, a limoncello baba. Good service.
