Although Les Pêcheurs has been in existence since 1945, a brand-new team is now at the helm, with the idea of not deconstructing the cuisine that has made this restaurant such a success, while at the same time modernizing it a little, obviously retaining the bouillabaisse as a hallmark of its identity. As a result, the restaurant retains its roots in port cuisine, where Mediterranean classics take center stage: Fritto misto, rock fish soup, lobster spaghetti, octopus tentacles... The wine and cocktail list remains deliberately accessible, with a short but broad offer. Les Pêcheurs maintains a strong sense of continuity, between the memory of the place and a discreet overhaul, with an identity based above all on its location and history rather than on a gastronomic break.
