A bourgeois restaurant in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, Gilles Bascou's restaurant is a local landmark for its charm and standing, as well as its local dishes. In a well-appointed setting with classic decor and a rather solemn table setting, products take pride of place, and we keep coming back for these fine evolutions: minestrone with langoustines, monkfish with lemon confit and fine tomato tart, or apricot marmalade and goat-honey sorbet. Well-established formulas. Good service.
