With a splendid view of the lake and the Château d'Yvoire, and a bright, contemporary dining room, Henrique and Valérie Aguzzoli's restaurant is a sure bet in town. The terrace is ideal in summer, while the à la carte menu is open all year round, with classics from the bourgeois register, in fine execution: rabbit in ballotine, Lake Geneva féra in gravelax, féra in Grenoble sauce, Bresse poultry, gigolette, yellow wine and morel sauce, a saint-honoré and crème au caramel.
