Sarah Nortier elevates the genre, offering both solid bistronomy and a more ambitious blind menu in the evening, and delivering on her promises. The experience is well-balanced, from the plates to the cellar, with a focus on the product and the terroir. The €24 lunch menu is convincing, with carrot velouté, ravioli verde fritto, peach of the day, carrot and coconut milk mousseline, broccoli and radish, a plate of dumplings, broccoli and old Rodez, and an apple and cinnamon tartlet.
