A spot that’s as popular as ever, in the brasserie style in Old Trouville, boasting in particular a superb wine cellar with over 350 selections. To complement this fine selection, there’s a well-curated, reasonably priced seasonal menu featuring sea bream ceviche with citrus sauce, razor clams in parsley butter, sea bass fillet with celery purée, beef tataki with baby potatoes, and pavlova with red berries.
