On the Sillon, right next to the sea, these regular Embruns are always convincing with their good performance. The classic dishes are well followed in an impeccable €32 menu served for lunch and dinner in this wise setting: hollow oysters, fish soup, sea sauerkraut, hake pavé plancha jus de viande, taken from a varied menu.
