Gault&Millau's review 2025

A pretty country restaurant in the heart of the Ardèche, we come here above all for the pleasure of the shady terrace, and the small bistronomic kitchen, which pleases everyone, at a low price and in a contemporary vein. The execution lives up to its promise, and for a day in July, the Provençal tian with parmesan siphon, peach return with virgin sauce and gnocchi, guinea fowl supreme with pommes boulangères and vacherin glacé minute aux fruits do the trick.
