Located on Trouville’s liveliest street, Les Bains is one of the resort’s most popular brasseries, thanks to its ideal location and extensive menu. The menu is classic, offering a good mix of land and sea: crispy camembert with Granny Smith apples, cider caramel, linguine with prawns and lobster sauce, lobster roll, beef steak, caramelized shallots and fries, pizzas, and a brioche served French toast-style with salted butter caramel. The service is lively.
