Between La Clayette and Charolles, this elegant building, formerly a hotel, welcomes you for a gourmet break. The warm atmosphere and delicate, well-cared-for decor make for a delightful experience. The €42 menu offers a wide choice, complemented by a few suggestions of the moment. A delicious starter of stuffed morels, accompanied by a Comté purée and oyster mushrooms. This is followed by generous fillets of duckling, perfectly cooked to a pinkish hue, a fine tribute to the terroir. For dessert, the chef's speciality, tonka bean cream (also available to take away), is light and elegant. An ideal break before hitting the road again to explore the Brionnais countryside.
