A daily success for this P'tit Bouchon, where the factory works hard, at lunchtime with the unbeatable €19 menu, and in the evening at €34. Service gallops from the first floor to the first floor to satisfy the 50 regular diners (thirty downstairs, twenty upstairs), and if you haven't made a reservation, it's not a given that you'll be able to sit down to the tuna quiche with cauliflower semolina, the filet of pollack with basil and leek fondue, and the fromage blanc with strawberry coulis. Dynamic owner, good atmosphere and professional service. The small cellar lets you discover local abbey beer from the Prébenoist brewery.
