This charming bistro on the banks of the River Aure, right in the center of town, is a trout hop from Rue Saint-Jean. The menu is simple and expressive, with snails with wild garlic or Norman oysters, entrecote au poids or guinea fowl supreme with lemongrass, crème brûlée with Tonka beans.
