This charming bistro on the banks of the River Aure, right in the center of town, is a trout hop from Rue Saint-Jean. The menu is simple and expressive, with snails with wild garlic or Norman oysters, entrecote au poids or guinea fowl supreme with lemongrass, crème brûlée with Tonka beans. Simple cellar, daily specials under €10.
