An ode to tradition just two minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, up Rue Lauriston. Nothing too surprising, aside from a few creative touches, like the octopus carpaccio or the tuna tartare with ponzu sauce, but the classics are executed very well: the terrine, the frogs’ legs, the flank steak with smoked sauce and baby potatoes, and the Limousin veal sweetbreads…
