This is Limoges' great institutional brasserie, open since 1932 and sporting the same Art Deco style typical of the period. The must-try dishes of the repertoire are well represented on the menu: calf's head with gribiche sauce, small sausages with muscadet, poached skate wing with hazelnut butter and capers, veal escalope with cream and button mushrooms, Limousin beef entrecôte, or imperial orange soufflé pancakes.
