Service delivers the chef's ideas with impeccable professionalism: open printed raviole with prawns and crushed Jerusalem artichoke with lemongrass, grilled octopus with parsley and crushed pumpkin with chorizo, a filet of Aubrac beef with Sancho berries and Chimichurri sauce, a classic vanilla millefeuille.
