In the bistro part of the famous hotel, you can take advantage of the exceptional charm of the premises and the breathtaking view over the Mediterranean to enjoy a noble, well-crafted plate, produced under optimal conditions. Service delivers the chef's ideas with impeccable professionalism: open printed raviole with prawns and crushed Jerusalem artichoke with lemongrass, grilled octopus with parsley and crushed pumpkin with chorizo, a filet of Aubrac beef with Sancho berries and Chimichurri sauce, a classic vanilla millefeuille. Logical prices, and the hotel's own cellar.
