What if we were to rediscover the charms of this unassuming hotel near the Étoile, in fond memory of the magician Eric Briffard from the days of the Élysées du Vernet? We won’t rehash history, but seeing this place come back to life and being able to dine there once again beneath the splendid glass roof is a real pleasure.
