Gourmet Restaurant Fifteen kilometers from Bordeaux and for the last twenty years, in this classic, bright dining room, with a beautiful fireplace in the cold season and a terrace in fine weather, we come for the warmth of the present moment and for the cuisine of chef Jean Luc Garcelon, who always delights us with his sincerity and freshness. Beef steak with porcini cream or duck breast with honey sauce, seafood puff pastry or homemade foie gras, it's all good and straightforward. Service, under the guidance of Sylvette Garcelon, is well organized and the cellar skilfully composed.
