Sponsored Since 2016, Cataldo Sortino has been officiating at this chic bistro in the heart of Nice: a place of contemporary charm elegantly decorated. The menu features Mediterranean fish and shellfish, which he prepares according to the season and his inspiration: grilled fish, prawns, grilled calamari... Also on the menu are excellent ceviche revisited, famous Niçois farcis, beef tartare with burrata and truffle cream, and pizza with mozzarella and peperoni, for the typically Italian note dear to the restaurateur's heart. Suggestions from the slate are regularly added to the seasonal delicacies, resulting in beautifully presented, colorful plates.
