A good choice in this charming Provencal village north of Draguignan, for its cuisine of fresh, seasonal produce, in an appreciable contemporary vein. The €35 menu delivers on its promise: a salad of warm goat's cheese samoussas and tomato confit, a wok of shrimp, Chinese noodles, oyster mushrooms and oyster sauce, a butcher's cut and fresh French fries, and a tiramisù.
