Gault&Millau's review 2025

A rooftop terrace on the right bank, with one of the best views in Bordeaux, overlooking the Garonne and Place de la Bourse. The place is attractive and the atmosphere, depending on the table, festive or romantic. Without taking too many risks, the dishes ensure that the evening runs smoothly. Plates of shellfish, lean ceviche, roast cod with fennel-chorizo marmalade, Spanish-style hake and duck breast with sweet potato condiment are just a few examples. Classic desserts.
