Remarkable Restaurant Discreetly tucked away on the outskirts of the village towards La Leutaz, this hotel is a haven for regulars who long ago realized that this was one of the best restaurants in the resort. The three toques acquired last year underline this meticulous work, which is all the more pleasing in that it dispenses with exceptional products, concentrating on precision of execution and seasonality: crab and citrus fruits from Provence, arctic char of great subtlety with heliantis, verjuice and watercress, matured beef from Bello, scorsonère and tuberous parsley before the fine desserts, quince, citrus fruits or chocolate soufflé. A beautiful sequence for €95 that beats out many more expensive offerings. Friendly, attentive service, good cellar with a solid selection by the glass (apremont Masson, la Janasse, crozes de Ferraton...).
