Chef's Restaurant Over twenty years in business and still going strong, Valérie and Jean-Marc Réal's restaurant is a gourmet bridge between Brittany and Périgord. Located in this beautiful eponymous village, the establishment brings to life inspired gastronomy, a tradition revisited with a taste for textures and contrasts, such as the crispy calf's head and snails, with radish pickles, mustard sprouts and watercress cream, or the interesting duck foie gras with smoked haddock, nori, quince and redcurrant chutney, kohlrabi salad. We continue with half Carlux pigeon, crispy leg, raviole of beatillo with foie gras, salsify with hazelnuts and mini beet, a royal hare, chocolate cube and ivory ice cream. The cellar also has its merits (Julien Auroux, Vincent Delaporte, Château Jonc Blanc, Château d'Aiguilhe...).
