Chef's Restaurant Over twenty-five years of hospitality have made the reputation of this house, where the faithful return every year to enjoy Rosy's warm welcome and Claude Broussard's generous dishes. It's a warm and welcoming place, just like the couple, where you can trust in the promise of a good time. It's all about fine produce and a lot of gourmet goodness, as seen in the lobster ravioli, the artichoke and foie gras pressé with parsley sauce, the monkfish medallions with vegetable julienne and chorizo cream, the duck tournedos with orange gastrique and pommes pont-neuf, and the beautiful caramel saint-honoré. Formule €55 and tasting menu €90. Well-matched cellar.
