Chef's Restaurant Close to the Place de Belgique, this bistro-style restaurant is a cut above the rest, with a professional cuisine that reminds us that Benoît Bordier is no novice. In this convivial atmosphere, marked by a certain simplicity, we discover a thoughtful, well-crafted cuisine that is well worth the detour; Chestnut velouté, squid condiment with squid ink and combawa, cod, venerated rice with leeks and tarragon, lemon confit and yellow wine fumet, pan-seared veal onglet, roasted sweet potato heart and mint-peanut pesto, or a tender chocolate and blackcurrant ganache, crunchy sesame sablé, blackcurrant sorbet. Good value at €37. The cellar follows suit.
