Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Niçois model of the exemplary brasserie, in the heart of the tourist hustle and bustle of the Cours Saleya, and doing as well as its beautiful Mediterranean blue color, seems to herald this. With a menu as long as your arm, yet perfectly mastered to satisfy every taste. All the specialties of Nice, pasta and pizza, fish and meat, and a daily slate of suggestions. To put it simply, the bagna cauda and the grand aïoli de la mer (you need a good appetite) make a very enjoyable sequence.
