The Safari des pur Niçois on the Place du Marché Saleya is a timeless, even indestructible event. It's a slice of good living that unfolds here in this azure setting in the colors of a permanent summer. The extensive menu celebrates Nice and Provence, with pizzas and pastas, as well as a host of local specialties, in a lively atmosphere: bagna cauda, fish soup, stuffing, cod à la niçoise, grand aioli, daube niçoise and homemade ravioli. Attentive, professional service that manages to be efficient in the rush.
