This is an unmissable address on the rue de la soif and the Corsican larder. You'll find the same standards everywhere, but you'll have to read between the lines to stay true to Corsica's varied menu, with zucchini fritters, veal sausage, cannelloni, supions and chestnut crème brûlée. The other trump card is the cellar, with a wide choice of wines from all the island's winegrowers.
