Whether inside this stunning stone building or outside on the terrace shaded by a 200-year-old plane tree, you’ll breathe in the sweet Provençal aromas wafting from the premium meats cooked over a wood fire (Simmental beef, Charolais, Cristal Limousine, and Rouge Limousine supplied by their son-in-law, a butcher), fish, pizzas, pieds paquets, beef tongue, braised beef cheeks, as well as fresh salads and pasta—honest, hearty cuisine. The pastry chefs, meanwhile, will enchant your taste buds with homemade desserts crafted that very morning with passion and creativity.
